Logo soft comfort update center address

ahjohn Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi, i am trying to connect to update center through the logo soft comfort v7.1.5 ( help-update center...-step1 next- step2 internet, next- step3 internet update setings, next and then a message appears: *the address entered could not be found on the server.* The address shown in the server url tab is the http://www.siemens.com/logo-update. Any idea why i am not able to connect? thanks

From this site you can download Siemens the update or upgrade. http://w3.siemens.com/mcms/programmable-logic-controller/en/logic-module-logo/demo-software/Pages/Default.aspx Then open the Logo Software and specify under Help> Update Center in step 2 as the source of the update the file system. In step 3, select the source directory to the directory in which you saved the file. In step 4, select and install the update / upgrade. Then follow the instructions.

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 12/6/2023 Posts: 31561 Rating: (3923)	In the german part of the forum, the user has fmd found the following: I quote him: "In the user directory %UserProfil%/.LogoComfortx (x is the version used), there's the Applikation.ini in under the one at the address entry: update.internet.server.url = http: //www.automation.siemens.com/salesmaterial-as/software/logo/update can change to the new site, so that they do not need to be re-entered each time. " If the entry, then the updating / upgrading works again.
