LOGO! Soft Comfort Win7 64 bit installation problem

eypant Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi I tried to install LOGO! Soft Comfort in a HP laptop running win 7 64bit Home premium. I first tried the V7 64 bit demo version taken from this Site. The installation starts with the InstallAnywhere which after it reaches to the end it disappears and nothing happens any more. I also tried the 6.1 version normal not demo) which I have already installed in a desktop running XP 32bit (and runs for a year without any problem) but it also refuses to install in the win 7. Some help please.

When asked for directory of previous version, insert CD with your V6 and specify the directory \Windows\Tools\Application as reference. eypant Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello Marcjian, thank you for the responce, I've tried to do what you propose but unfortunately even the Upgrade in my win7 64bit system stops after "InstallAnywhere" 's istallation is completed whithout anything to appear in the screen after this. note: Everything worked when I upgraded in my XP 32bit destop PC. In the meen time I've ugraded the win7 64bit HP laptop from "personal premium" to Profeccional (a some time now scheduled move) but even after this upgrade and after I tried all the moves I descriped and those you propose the installation stops after the installation of "InstallAnywhere". I've also tried to complete uninstall Java, restart the laptop, tried SoftComfort (again the same happened), make a fresh installation of the latest version of Java, tried again SoftComfort but with no defferent results. Any more ideas please.

Langhoff Posts: 13 Rating: (1)	There is a simpel solution. Just buy a new disk with V7 and install it instead of trying to upgrade a previos version. The cost is nothing vs the lost time
