Logo TDE connect

Hi Gents,

I am new here and I would like to ask a quick question please.

I am trying to download message texts to the logo TDE using Logo Soft Comfort V8.2 software. I connected Logo BM and managed to download the message texts to the plc but not to the TDE.

Can you kindly guide me how to show texts on TDE display please? The message destination is set to both. Do you require an additional software for the TDE?

I have set the texts to both and the character selection is enabled.

The texts are only visible on the plc but not on the TD.

I need to use the TD to visualise temperature and pressure analog inputs. I can monitor them on the plc but not on the TD. I also would like to start 2 pumps from the TD

The message texts can not be loaded on the TDE.

But you have to set a check mark at "LOGO! TD" or "Both".

Edit:

And only activated message texts are displayed. For this, the enable input "EN" must have a 1-signal.

I have set the enable input of the msg texts high (1) hence the texts are visible on the plc but not on TD!

On the Logo Soft Comfort I am seeing the TD on the Network view.

From the TD I am trying to switch to ADMIN but its showing Failed to Submit + when I'm trying yo download to the TD its telling me the target device does not match!

Yes the IP address is the same as the Logo. then when I go logo settings and switch to admin it wont let me
