lose datas tool offsets 840C

The control machine is 840C,V 5.02.08 --------------------------------------------------------------- Normally 840C will not lost only Tool offset (it may lost all system parameters when you have a bad battery) 1st of all check your Standard dir. , if job list there has some instruction to delet your tool offset when NCK power up. 2nd you can make a back up for tool offset, when you lost them you can load from HD ref: "840C oprator's guide" section 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 (check DoconWEB) HTH
