Loss of Data on CAS after Compiling Servers

guinex Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I have a PCS7 system with Redundant Servers and a CAS. The system was put into operation several months back. After few months of operation, we had to Compile the Servers with Memory Reset option selected. Since then the archives in the CAS that existed prior to this compilation are not accesable. What went wrong? Are we not suppose to do a Server Compile and Reset when we have a CAS? Is there any way to fix the problem? Regards, Saad

Storage Plus Admin Console ==> Common==> catalogue there you will get a list of archives which are attached, backed up, backup and attached. etc check and post the screen shot. Due to compilation data is not lost. however, after compilation if, some settings in server are changed then there is possibility that, data may not move to CAS
