Lost parameters on the Sinamics V20 after power failure

cusak Member Joined: 1/9/2022 Last visit: 1/9/2022 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	We have a safety feature that works in a way of cutting power when doors are opened in our machine but after fitting a Sinamic V20 and setting the parameters I opened a door to check it was functioning correctly, closed and reset, the Sinamics unit came back on but lost all its parameters again, I have read that you have to modify parameter P971 in order to transfer data from RAM to EEPROM in order to save perminently but I have no P971 on the unit. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
