What is the way to bring it back?

I do not know I have a screen backup

If you lost the RT passwords, and you have a backup, then follw sequence mentioned bellow:

In any case, if you can't access any passworded object, there will be the following reasons for that:

1. May be you have activated the password aging in "Run Time and user adminstration"Menu. and may be you entered wrong password several times greater than or equal to allawable attempts to access the passworded object.
2. May be you forgot the password and you need to change it without changing any thing in the software.

To do it:

• Upload complete backup from the TP using Prosave.
• Create a new project using WinCC flexible with the new user adminstration settings and with empty screens. and download it on the TP.
• Use prosave again the make a backup image for "User Management"
  You can select "User Ma\nagement" in backup mask of the prosave program.
• Then download again the orignal image you have uploaded in the first step.
• Then download the backup image of "user management" on the TP.
• Now you have the same software with the new administration settings.

dear All,

I have a  same problem on multi panel MP370 with order number 6av6 542 0da10 0ax0 but unfortunately I forgot the password on the panel, so that I couldn't any connect to the panel without password. could you please help me if possible?

what shall I do? I have a backup program but because of password I couldn't download the program on the panel.

 Hi,

If you don't have the password, it's still possible to connect to HMI.

Reboot the MP370 and go to Control Panel then initialize transfer mode.

Then do the above steps.

And if you already have the application software, you can simply change it in Protool and download it to your Panel.
