To narrow this down we need more information: 1.) Is it just an offset or does the discrepancy increase the higher the flow is? 2.) What kind ofmedium do you have? 3.) Sensortype and at which flow rate this occurs? 4.) What does the MAG5000 indicate, if you have no flow (but pipe filled)? 5.) Who can ensure that the Clamp-On is measuring correctly? 6.) Is the correct sensorprom installed? 7.) Did you check this troubleshooting guide: /tf/WW/en/Posts/107987#top |

1. The discrepancy increases with the flow. Just for my knowledge if it is just an offset can we change any setting in the Flow meter. 2. Chilled water 3. Sensor type is mag5100w 4. 0 m3/h 5. Yes it is 6. Already checked. I measure the electrode voltage at 82 and 0 and 83 and 0 . I get 0.1V and 0.2 V Respectively. Is this acceptable. Also the Flow meter is installed around 1m from the bend. Can this lead to less flow?. Looking for answers.
