LR250 - trouble with the wet foam

Hi Levelmans and Everyone,
I have a trouble with the wet foam in a beverage company, they produce Tea Bottles.

The surface liquid is covered by a heavy 10 cm of wet Foam, but we have already installed Radar LR250 for all tanks. 
Would you mind to suggest any ideas for Settings of LR250 solve this problem or even get a better result of levels?

Hi Sky,

this is a difficult one. A wet dense foam can generally not be ignored as the signal it generates is too "strong". This being said, if you always have a 10 cm layer of foam on top of the medium, you can "remove" it by using the sensor offset (2.3.3) in the device. In this case with a 10cm layer of foam you would enter a sensor offset of -10cm (-0,1). This should not be used if the foam layer height can change.
