Hello, I'm trying to download a LWE project to LOGO! BM using ethernet but the sotware cannot coonect. I've noticed the download screen doesn't show an interface (non are available) and 'test' just pops up 'Connecting' and does nothing. Removing the menory card and transfering using 'Deploy to SD card' and restoring to the LOGO! ass works but very tedious having to remove the memory card. LWE version is V1.1.0 I'm using LSC V8.3.1 and that all works ok, connects and able to download projects all ok. LOGO! BM is 1FB08-0BA1 with 32GB FAT32 memory card. Any thoughts? Thanks, Mike |

Hi Mike_Rudnicki, I request the following information in order to be able to help you: 1- Can you PING the LOGO! ? 2- Indicate the exact reference of the LOGO! 3- Which version of Logo SoftComfort do you have? |

You write, with LSC can you download a LSC diagram to the LOGO!. So the communication is okay. If LWE doesn't in the transfer window an interface then I think the installation of LWE is not okay. |

Is LWE V1.1.1 available as a standalone download? I can only see it as a LSC V8.3 SP1 bundle. Thanks |

Correct, no standalone download. It's a part of the installation of the upgrade to LSC V8.3.1. Why Siemens made this? I don't know. |

No, that didn't fix, still same issue. Using Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, LOGO BM firmware is: 1.83.01. Could this be a firmware issue? Windows firewall all turned off. Does LSC & LWE use different ports? Thanks, Mike |

I don't think that it is a firmware issue. Firmware update V1.83.02 for LOGO! 8.3 basic devicesMy opinion is the installation of LWE is not correct because the transfer window doesn't show a interface. You can start a Support Request to ask Siemens directly. |

It seems that you haven't select a workable network card when you downing. If network card dropdown list is empty, it means the software cannot find out the network card from your PC.
You can try to run the LWE with as an administrator. If it still not works, you can re-install your network card for you pc. |

I've noticed that LSC connects ok even with no Ethernet adaptor specified, strange that LWE doesnt. Think this must be a Windows 10 or Admin thing. Thanks, Mike |
