Hi, We are having hot redundant CPU400 . We are trying to communicate ABB system using M-link profibus DP . M-link is configured in 244 read -124 write mode. There is no error in compiling and downloading .But when we take both Mlinks on network the CPU goes to stop mode. Dear sforsameer The Hardware configuration you made for communicating the M-link in Profibus is wrong You should take one Redundant IM ( which supports DP/DP Communication) Have a look at the Attachment |

Hi chimpu , Thanks for ur reply. I have attached one more configuration . Please let me know if its ok and ifI will be able to achieve them-link redundancy. Dear sforsameer The configuration is OK You have configured 2 M-link in 2 different Racks What error you are getting??? Have you configured I/Os ( Input Output Address) in the M-Links??? |
