I have a M876-4 set up for Sinema RC.  The CLI config dump is attached.

In some locations it works fine and I have done extensive PLC modifications in TIA Portal over VPN.  But in other locations, we get some interesting behaviour.

Here is my problem: it seems to connect to cells not belonging to the PLMNID of my provider (53005), which do not provide internet access.  As per the CLI config dump, I have two providers configured, Manual and 53005.  But Manual is disabled.  Therefore, my understanding is that it should only try to connect 53005.

Has anyone faced a similar problem and/or know what might be happening here?
