MAG 3100 stainless steel sensor

I havea doubt when selecting the sensor material of a MAG3100. Below I have copied the result from the PIA Selector. I need a stainless steel body but I am not sure if this selection is OK. My doubt comes from the fact that if I select the 11th position as "2" it says "St 37.2 sensor". I need to check that this is stainless steel.
What is the difference if I select the 11th position as 3 "Stainless Steel, AISI 316 L, polished flanges & sensor"?

2D - DN25, 1 Inch

J - ANSI B16.5, Class 150

2 - Stainless Steel, AISI 304 flanges, St 37.2 sensor

3 - PTFE
2 - Hastelloy C-276
A - Sensor for remote transmitter (order transmitter separately
A - No communication
1 - Metric Polyamid terminal box or 6000 I compact.
