Hello Mr. Murali; I hope you realize how imprecise your question was, then. Most of the information you will need on the S7-200 is available in the S7-200 System Manual; there is even a chapter on Modbus networks for the S7-200.: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1109582 The attached document is extracted from this manual, it shows the Port0/Port1 pinouts on the S7-200 CPUs. This FAQ further discusses connections over Modbus for the S7-200 CPUs: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/27832511 It will show you a connection diagram, stating you need touse pins 3 and 8 on the connectors, plus shield and ground connections.
