Dear All, I am really thankful to you all helping me to clear my all queries 1 by 1. Last week I was on site same DMA project with MAG8000 Basic connected to Sofrel's LS42 datalogger. Cable connections are as folllows: MAG8000 connections - Sofrel Datalogger Cable Colour 56 - White 57 - Brown 66 - Green 67 - Black Using Pulse 1 as forward direction, Pulse 2 as reverse direction. From Reservoir, single pipe line coming out where Mains Powered ABB flow meter is existing further down the line this main line is divided into 2 branches to feed water to 2 areas. In these branches we installed MAG8000 sensors on horizontal gravity line. I name it as Site 1 & 2 and issues on each site as follows: Site 1- Flow Meter is reading some arbit value, very low and that too negative, sensor installed correctly with same direction of flow. I tried to see on the top of the screen whether some error is pending. It blinked E then 914H. Upon downloading the data using IrDA adapter & Flow Tools I noticed this error pending from 914 hours, it says empty pipe since 914 hrs which I doubt because line pressure is approximately 3.1bar and discharge/distribution of water from this line is on higher side than where the flow meter is installed. Secondly there are other fault occured like low current and coil current fault but not pending. I tried to reset all the parameters but while writing back to device it shown "error to write parameter 400, 401 etc". Kindly refer to attached downloaded file data as site1 for your review. Please help me clear this snag. Site 2 - This flow meter is reading properly approximately 35-40% of flow of main discharge ABB flow meter as the line size is also smaller. Contractor did wrong installation of sensor in reverse direction of flow direction. Hence major totalizer 2 reading is higher. My problem is I am not getting any pulse out of flow meter to LS42 datalogger. Wire connections I already mentioned above and both forward and reverse flow are enabled.Can you advise me any diagnostics? Thanks in advance for support. Hello sirs When first time open the enclosure with keypad ,when touch it that the parameters don't change . PLEASE HELP FOR BIG PROBLEM Best regards |
