Make a scheduled task to run at a specific start point

Nikzitronik Posts: 150 Rating: (19)	Hello All, I programmed a scheduled task in WinCC Professional V14 to run every minute. It runs fine but the point in time the scheduler executes the task is the second at RT startup. For example If RT starts say at 18:35:17 then the task will run at the 17th second of every minute. What I want is for the task to run when I want which is the 0th second of each minute. For that I when to cycles and set a starting point at the 1 minute cycle (see attached). I set up the start at 00:00:00. With that I would expect that when this time comes the cycle start will be aligned to the 0th second. However it doesn't work. Does any one know a solution for that? But the Starting Point for the Cycle is defined as "Starting Point fo the Tag logging cycle" -> so this Setting has only effect to in you use the Cycle in Tag loggin. If you use the Cycle for common triggering then this has no efect. In this case The System uses the Time as the Action or Trigger is created in the Runtime management-> Runtime Start So I Think its not a bug, Its a Systembehaviour. So If you need it more exactly then you should create your Trigger in the PLC with a Timer. bye Murof Bye
