What permissions are set on the network share \\TDDRAW\Users?
Is that really a network share?

It must be open to everyone and the permissions must allow writing to it from everyone.

Not very secure.

Hi there,

I am trying to get data from a 1215C plc into a excel file by vbscript in a tp1200 comfort panel.

because i am struggling for a long time with this I have written and copied 4 different vb scripts from the internet, but non of them are working.

here is the main vb script i am trying to get working:

the alarm logs shows me the following (see attachement)

it is only number 20010

...

i have set the ip adress correctly i have tried different locations in our network, but they all show me the same error message. i also tried to connect the plc and screen directly to my pc, but it still gives the same error.

I am writing this same script to a sd card in the hmi and that is working fine.

any help please.

It is most likely a due to a SMB 1.0 protocol. It is nowadays disabled in Windows by default, and with good reason.

Enabling SMB 1.0 is huge security risk and your customers IT department will not allow it. Instruct them to use Option+ Manager, which is much more secure and it works.

check your script for writing the csv File on a local starage ike USB or SD Card.

does this work?

Then its only a matter or Network integration.

Do always use the extended  network share dialog in WIndows and do not use the permissions for "everyone"-> use a specific local user and this do also use in the panel settings
