Make Redundant Connection in DYNAMIC Wizard in WINCC6.0 SP$

I have Made my WIncc 6.0 SP4 Project with OS Project Editor Applied. Now my Project is on the urge of completion. I am facing only one problem is DATA getting lost at the time of CPU 300 Swr Redundancy Changeover. The PLC is S7 300 with SWR Redundancy COnfiguration. WIn CC data is getting lost (Stopped at previous state) at the time of CPU change over. So can anybody guide me in the way ??? how can i get WINCC Data maintatined after CPU is change over? I can't Tried "Make Redundant COnnection" option in Dynamic Wizards of Graphics editor because it is not applicable for the projects which is applied OS Project editor. Does anybody know alternate way????

Mario Braganca Posts: 124 Rating: (17)	Hello Normally redundant connection needs Redconnect Software and CP1613 but it works only with S7-400H. There is a Redundancy Editor in WinCC Explorer but it's not the OS Project Editor that is normally used in PCS7 Projects. And it's used in the above context. It doesn't work with Software Redundancy. So I don't know how to solve this problem. I suppose that you have two CPU's with different Ethernet Adresses. So you would maybe have to read both CPU's, verify wich one is on, and transfer the valid data to Internal Tags. I've heard about people that tried to do this but I don't know if it works. Sulung Bronze Member Joined: 5/26/2007 Last visit: 9/30/2023 Posts: 126 Rating: (3)	what type of cpu are you using? what kind of communication between your cpu and pc? are you having exactly the same program in both of your cpu? are you using the dynamic wizard in wincc to create the connection between pc and plc? when there is a change over, does your plc perform as expected? try to review the example that come along with sw redundant.

Sulung Bronze Member Joined: 5/26/2007 Last visit: 9/30/2023 Posts: 126 Rating: (3)	one more thing when you install sw redundant you should install both for s7 and wincc. than you could use the dynamic wizard. if you still don't see the D/W in wincc try to reboot your computer and install s/w red again. i have to do it couple of times before i could see the D/W. hope this will help

Redundancy on Cpu is working perfectly. CPU functionality is perfect. The only problem is WINCC at the time /after time of changeover of CPUs. and I am also getting "Make redundant Connection" option in Dynamic wizards initially (Before applying OS Project editor). As soon as i apply OS Project editoroption "Make redundant connection" from dynamic wizards in garphics editor disappears. so how can i configure my WINCC project for 300 SWR redundancy ???

aru Advanced Member Joined: 2/26/2007 Last visit: 5/26/2023 Posts: 16 Rating: (1)	HaiJaydeep If you have a wincc wizard editor in your PC(While installing the wincc, u have to select this option),thenyou can get a redundant connection option in dynamic wizard. Step1:start/simatic/wincc/tools/dynamic wizard editor Step2:select file/open and select Error Box.wnf and ok Step3:In toolbar slect Dynamic wizard/create DWD and close the window I hop that you will get the redundant connection option in dynamic wizard.
