There is a great amount of information on Siemens automation products available on the forum and on Support pages. You could have easily found the CP 341 RS-232 manuals using the Search box at the right of this page, and I encourage you to do so dilligently. It is not enpough to understand the pinout of the CP, you must match itsignal bysignal to the slave you are connect it to: RS-232 connnections are not much standarddized.
