as start point I recommend think about some 'basic' idea, what amount occupied bytes your message will contain. try for first think if you want send f.ex. 10 real values. If you send each real value as string type you probably need reserve for each digit one byte in message. In standard you can reserve one DWord for real value, this can be only 4 bytes. With type of precision we don't need talk now only with principle. So again count for youself how long your message must be with cca 800 reals as string type or as DWord. Your bools can be also inserted in your message in byte values going one after another. Only start idea now. Why? Also with send over some protocol and interface you don't have unlimitted possibilities, mean how much data you can send as one frame.

yes, i was also thinking that the amount of data can pe a problem. But then I was looking in the CPU/CPU communication manual and saw that you can send a maximum amount of 64kByte with S7-1500 and TSEND_C.
