I searched in web ,but I didn't  find any manual

where can I download manual for theses maduals?

Try this: search for manuals on  a specific family of S5 PLCs, such as a S5-115U:

The part numbers are not correct. They should be 6ES5-921-1BA11 and 6ES5-922.1AA11

Here is the only document i have found on these modules:

Notice the mention of discontinuation date in that announcement.

I can find no datasheet, manual or operating instructions for that S5 systems on the web or in Siemens' Product Support.

The only way you might find information on modules that old, and discontinued, would be to make a request to Siemens techs, using the Support Request at the top of this page. It is possible that someone there has an archive of the files you need.
