Manual to use server web as Supervision

I wanna develop a S7-1200 server web as Supervision & Control system 

So I need to know the code to read and write Tags from server web

There is no single manual dedicated to the S7-1200 webserver that I know of, except for Chapter 11 of the S7-1200 System manual:

You should study the section "Variable Status"  to see how the web browser allows for I/O and memory area data viewing.
