poojabanthiya Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	hi I am working on the remote access of the central station on MAS 21,- I am doing web based remote access using SOAP ( using sm@rt access). I am able to access the webpage, however, I have an error on my webpage- "runtime is not online" - despite my runtime being online and my wincc flexible demo is working perfectly. so if anyone can help me get my webpage sorted out Thanks

I tried this too and finally (after one week) i got a result but even if you make it: you cannot run it decentral from all windows-based hardware (pc/notepook/pda/smartphone/...) because of the restrictive applet-/ and security settings. Furthermore SOAP is a protocol on HTTP and is filtered by several router-components. Could this help you: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/39099329 this uses the real WinCCflexible internal Web-Server ("MiniWeb") with real HTTP-protocol. Ok to your question. 1. I guess you are using the original Startup-Code for the SOAP-option?! 2. From where do you try to access your CentralStation with activated SOAP-option? same PC / internal private networ / external internet 3. Do you use the simple-option or the complexe one? 4. Did you try to restart the MiniWeb by right-clicking on it.... 5. Can you "ping" your names which you entered in the "hosts"-file regards
