Reason: When using the serial ports at the modem at Pin4 a rising edge DTR (Data Terminal Ready) is expected after voltage return. When using the PPI/RS232 cable this signal is permanent "ON" –> a rising edge never arrives. Solution: - AT&D: With this command the DTR signal can be ignored. Have a look at command list (link). - Alternative solution: (attention warranty/guarantee expires): Pinch off Pin4 at PPI/RS232 cable. Have a look at TC65 Terminal manual (chapter 3.6 link) After that the IGN_IN (Ignition Input) of the 6-pin western plug is used to restart the modem after the voltage drop. |
