It should solve this problem: https://www.automation.siemens.com/tf/WW/en/Posts/22940 regards Edit 28.08.2009. There is a new FW Version 3.000 available although the Version-Counter is not higher. (Beneth to that the problem with hang-up is solved) Maybe you can get some detailes from mc-technologies.net. As far as i know is mc-tech. the official distributor. http://www.mc-technologies.net/ You can easily get a login after sending a mail to them to get access to the download-area. Maybe there is a change-log or at least the latest documentation?! regards

(test it with typing in: "AT" and waiting for feedback "OK" Now type in the command at^snmo <-- This command stops your modem. now you can start normal updating process please give me a feedback! mimdalli Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Firmware REV 3 has a watchdog timer function. With this function you can set up the the watchdog timer, in your code you must "kick" the dog (watchdog) if evertyhing goes ok! the timer wil be then reset. If the watchdog doesn't be "kicked" within the time that you have set up, modem is reset by the watchdog. It's very usefuel against the software crashs. Set the autorun function on, set up the watchdog and if the software crashes watchdog will not be "kicked" by the software, so modem wil be reset. Read rev3 documentation.
