mask out alarms and faults

OPeter Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	I am using CU320 and I have a special application (case) : A drive runs in speed control with a torque limitation. If the torque limitation getstoo high, the speed of the drive will drop. So I get an alarm, that the difference betweenthe speed setpoint and the speed actual value is too big. Since this is a deliberate limitation, I don't want to get an alarm in this case. Now my question is, with which Parameter can I mask out alarms / Fault messages.

Configuring messages The properties of the faults and alarms in the drive system are permanently defined. The following can be configured for some of the messages within a permanently defined framework for the drive system: Change message type (example) Select message Set message type p2118[5] = 1001 p2119[5] = 1: Fault (F) = 2: Alarm (A) = 3: No message (N) Regards Christoph
