The values which are displayed below the block when the parameter field is opened are only valid for the simulation. If you want to see online the output value of block B022 in your case, then go to block B022 with the cursor. Then a small pair of glasses appears near the block. Click on the pair of glasses and a window will open showing the output value of B022.
