Maxum communication problem after power up

Hi all

After powering up our Maxum II purchased since 2013 after a short term shut down we had the following problem :
The status for the oven temperature and carrier pressure and detectors on the HMI giving ''COMM" and not "OK" as usual , with no errors and values are set to the last values before shutdown , and not accepting the order ''RUN"

With the indication LEDs on the PECM giving red (at the fault LED) Then yellow (at the warning LED) and same indication LEDs for the EPCs

While for the SNE we have
LED 1 Green '' NORMAL " ... Power OK to SNECON
LED 2 Yellow ''WARNING'' ... SNE CPU Warning
LED 3 Red ''FAULT'' ..  SNE CPU Fault
LED 6 Yellow Internal Bus (I2C) Warning
LED 7 Red Internal Bus  (I2C) Fault

Kindly we need an urgent support for our problem

From the information you are providing it is difficult to provide help with any degree of certainty.

Have a look at the maintenance manual for the Maxum II system:

The screenshot below shows corrective actions to be taken with different status combinations of the PECM LEDs. This could be a starting point for your intervention.

You will also find installation, replacement and wiring diagrams that can help you out.

If you receive alarms on the controller, there are also tables in the manual showing corrective actions to be taken when each one appears. Unfortunately quite a few interventions point to "Contact Customer support"; in that case I can only suggest you contact the vendor who sold you and installed this analyser system and require his presence on-site.
