.MCX_TMP can not open in WinCC RT Start application

Hello, 

i am not able to open .MCX_TMP file in WinCC RT Start application. This is a file generated from WinCC Professional V13 SP1 Project. I have no clue why this file has been generated with .MCX_TMP extension. It should be .MCX. 

Please give me a solution to open this file.

did you try creating another runtime project file? Did this occur again?
It looks like something didn't finish when the project was downloaded to the device.
The type visible in the windows explorer should be "Siemens SCADA RT project file".

I am also struggling with the RT of wincc prof!!

I did as the procedure but as soon as I load the config, I have a pop-up telling that my access is denied.  

I am pretty sure it has to do with Licence.

On my Automation LIcense Manager (ALM), I have all the license include RT professional V13 SP1 but when I open the "wincc licence analysis" of SIMATIC WinCC RT, no licence is being shown.

On another computer, where RT is working , I can see the licene in ALM & "wincc licence analysis" of SIMATIC WinCC RT,

For me, that's a bug that Siemens should fix!!
