(A + B + Z) We need to measure the degrees in a turn at high speed but not the Z input resets the counter. If you have any idea or example for help with it. Thanks you

miami Platinum Expert Joined: 8/31/2005 Last visit: 8/20/2024 Posts: 2198 Rating: (328)	If you only turn in one direction you can use up- or down-count in periodic count, and set the upper or lower count limit to the numper of pulses you count at one turn. If you use both directions you may use periodic count without direction, but must handle the overflow in your program. I'm not shure this examples will really help you. Maybe a FM5350 or a PROFIBUS/PROFINET sensor is a better solution for you.
