I have been looking and could not find any ethernet to fibre optic media SINGLE MODE media converter from Siemens that is not from the Ruggedcom series.

Can you please help me if you have any suggestions?

I am looking for this   ETHERNET -> Fibre Optic SINGLE MODE and not RUGGEDCOM.

yes, Scalance is a good keyword.

I know Scalance XB000 series. Some of these switches have RJ45 / Twisted Pair and Fiber Optic port together i.E. XB004-1 or XB004-G.

Please have a look at the manual on Page 121 / chapter 4.4.4

Otherwise I would call Siemens expert advice to get best converter for you application.
