Is your plc program loaded on the memory card?  If so, try loading it to memory instead.

Is your memory card a Siemens card, or someone else's card?

Are you writing to the card very often, as in data logging?  If so, how often and can you write slower?

Are  you storing data to the card for long term storage other than for data logging?

I would try a different Siemens memory card.  If the problem goes away, I would ask Siemens for a replacement card.

i am using TIA V13 with profinet communication with sinamic drives, i downloaded the program and the line(machine)  was running for the past two days and suddenly this problem came and the cpu went to stop, the diagnosis says Memory card evaluation error

This is the second time in a week this problem has come, the PLC does not reset with memory reset as well, nor does it goes to RUN  i have already replaced the PLC once and facing the problem again....

Any solution any one.... Thanks in advance.
