The best way is to use TIA Selection Tool, which will provide you with the most accurate corresponding Memory card.

I've configured TP 1200 panel with part number 6AV2124-0MC01-0AX0 and found the following memories:

1- 2GB memory card with part number 6AV2181-8XP00-0AX0

2- 8GB USB Flash device with part number 6ES7648-0DC50-0AA0
