hi,

no setting can help you to prevent such error.

event 9 tells us that the CPU goes in STOP because of memory manegment. So you lost the actual values because of an internal error of the CPU.

Your Firmware is very old. Try to update it. Many improvements related to memory loss have been made between FW 3.0.3 and actual FW 3.3.11

Have you read earlier reply & followed the steps.

Click on CPU315-2, right click, select properties , in properties window select tab Retentive memory, in retentive memory window, user can put DBs which data is to be make retentive.

 Already click on CPU315-2DP (315-2AH14-0AB0) it still read only. Can't assign.

I don't believe you can make the changes online, you may have to apply the changes to the offline project and then upload

Guys pls, simply create your own HW cfg-s with some kind of CPUs and you see, that no everything CPU is enabled to set that Retentivity Ranges. Simply also last firmware of some CPUs...

In my opinion all the data block values are retentive in S7-300 by default. You need not to be make them retentive seperately specifically for new CPU's with MMC.
