Olesia Posts: 25 Rating: (1)	Hi eu1958, Load memory contains the complete user program including the hardware configuration, and is either an integral part of the module or an external micro memory card (MMC). Work memory is a fast RAM memory, which contains sequence relevant parts of data blocks and code blocks. You transfer you HW configuration and program code to the load memory from a programming device. And then the working memory takes sequence relevant parts of data blocks and code blocks for program execution. Also, there is a system memory, which contains the process image of inputs/outputs, memory bits and more. I attached a chart which explains the memory concept . Hope the explanation helps. Olesia.
