Message "A SYNI error occurred in \Device\s7opciax0" switching off power supply for PLC

Hello, I have small problem with message "A SYNI error occurred in \Device\s7opciax0" . I use this system: - Win2000- SIMATIC CP 5611-SIMATIC Step7 V5.3+SP3- SIMATIC NET Profibus Softnet S7-Wonderware InTouch 8.0- Wonderware I/O server for Siemens Simatic NETI try to fix it, I used help on our web http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21863259 But, I was successfully only partially, I did exactly what is there write , I opened "Event Viewer" , click right on “System Log”, chose “Clear all Events”. Right window is then clear, how is in manual, after this all was in order. But problem is if I switch off power supply for PLC, and communication on PC is still active. Then message "A SYNI error occurred in \Device\s7opciax0" is activated again and is again coming after each restart computer even if is power supply PLC is switch on. A don’t know how fix it also, for me is no problem clear all Events sometimes after lost power supply PLC always again , but sometimes is problem, when I made application and customer he asks me why is this message coming and he don’t wants it, if communication is working.Thank you for help.
