i want to change op37  with anew kp1500 comfort

i installed wincc comfort v11 sp2 ,then i made hsp ,but during start tia portal v11 it give a message -

license wincc comfort not valid

any one can help me

I think it's a version problem.

First of all, OP37 configured using Protool Pro.

You need to make an intermidiate step by migrating the Protool project to WinCC flexible project using WinCC flexible up to version 2008-SP2. use menu Open Protool project and select the nearest sucessor to your Panel "OP377"

Then you have to migrate to WinCC Comfort.

If your Panel Part number is 6AV2124-1QC02-0AX0, it can be configured using WinCC comfort starting from V11-SP2; and please take care about comptability with your OS

If your Panel Part number is 6AV2124-1QC02-0AX1, it can be configured using WinCC comfort starting fromV14-SP1 with HSP.

Could you provide us with your panel part number?

 after deep research

1-i changed op37 to mp377 15"  by protool 

2-migrating protool project to wincc flexible sp2 

3-migrating mp377 wincc flexible sp2 to mp377 wincc comfort v11 sp2 

4-change mp377 to kp1500  by tia portal v11 sp2 

4-adjust only navigation keys for all screens

5- run the program on HMI  

notes... to run kp1500 on tia portal follow this

1- setup tia portal v11 sp2

2- setup update 2

3- install hsp for comfort panel kp1500
