Method to reset all parameters of SIWAREX MS

Dear all,

Is there is a Method to recovery point for SIWAREX MS for easy rebuild of all parameters

because i have problem in parameter "Pos. zeroing range %" and i can't now Zeroing

i read this statement  "Zeroing will be rejected if the current gross weight is too high" in my Manual

my scale out of the zeroing range because my worker put load higher than the value of zeroing range% and he remove this load after that,but the HMI record this value as current load and stopped of working .

now it's empty of any load and the HMI display current value and recent value as (320 kg)

if i click zero from HMI nothing happens 

The only way in which value is returned to (0 kg) is to remove the connection between S7-222 mudule and siwarex ms mudule .

so I guess that siwarex ms module record this high value in it's memory because it out from range and stopped. 

i attached image from my HMI

1-the SF-LED on and red

2-no changing in value when i shake a little bit o the scale

and i checked  the communication between the S7-222 and the HMI-panel its ok

3-i will see the weight value from siwatool and replay again

i have measured the dc volt between “SIG+” and “SIG-” pins and it was 520 mv dc

knowing that the load cell is S-type and (it normaly loaded by 50 kg ) so if i remove all load cell

pins the HMI display read (-50 kg)

i have found the problem in one of machine load cells and the other is good 

i will replace this one
