Migrate s7 200 program in s7 1200 using TIA V12

Hai, Can i convert a program which i had done in s71200 to s7400? |

Migration tool for TIA v12 is not working for s7200 migration. I cant select .mwp files. Is there any another trick |

Hello, You can't just use Migrate, you need to install the Converter Tool The problem is that it is made for TIA V11, so it might not work with V12( as mentioned earlier) Then there is no other option then install V11 and Microwin on a PC, convert the program to V11 and then migrate to V12. Since the converter has it's limits, protected blocks(i.e blocks created with wizard), SMB, etc are not converted, i believe you better spend your time in converting the program by hand or even better write new program that suits the 1200 system.
