Hello,

There is a project - S7-313 (Step 7 v5.5) with panel Pro-EX  AGP3302B linked via MPI.

AGP3302B must be replaced to TP177A (MPI). That means that I need to create new HMI project.

 But that should I use?  WINCC Flexible or WINCC TIA Portal?

How link PLC to TP177A? Do I need to change configuration of PLC for this? Or I need configure only Communication properties of panel? Does HMI project must be integrated to STEP7?

Have a look at this document, it should give you some basic information for your migration:

Communication settings are defined in the WinCC Flexible application, and integrating the HMI project in step 7, al;though not a requirement, will make your life much easier (and project development much shorter), as all tag symbols and project information will be available to the HMI program without having to copy everything.

I was confused because project with TP177a could be also
created in WINCC TIA Portal.

I have just checked your information, and it seems that you are right: you can program the TP 177A with WinCC Comfort or Advanced.

It is mentioned in version 12 of TIA Portal, at least.

So it seems you have choices to setup the HMI panel.
