Migration fron S5 to S7

These are some hardware contained in controllers of one system. DRIVES PLC:CPU 948,CP 523,IP 246,524, CP 143, IP 240,IM 308C, PROCESS PLC: CPU 948,CP 523, CP 524, CP 143, IP 240, IM 308C, I hope you can advise me about the best option for the migration.Best regards. DRIVES PLC:CPU 948,CP 523,IP 246,524, CP 143, IP 240,IM 308C, PROCESS PLC: CPU 948,CP 523, CP 524, CP 143, IP 240, IM 308C, Hi Epero, Thats not easy, you have to replace all the special cards and also the software. For the CPU 948 you will need the at least the newest CPU 414 PN, so you have directly the Ethernet communication {CP143}. For the CP523/524 you will need a CP 441-2 with the right protocol and the right physically modules. For the IP264 you could use the FM453 which have the possibility to position 3 axes, maybe the IP240 positioning could also placed on the FM453. The IM 308C will disapear and this will be placed on the DP-Port of the CPU414. If you have more then 32 slaves then you need also a extra card! When I have some time, I will look to the software.
