Migration problem from Step 7 v5.5 to TIA Portal

I have a problem when I try to migrate a project from Step 7 v5.5 to Step 7 v12 (TIA) - the same problem occurs when I try to migrate a project from WinCC flexible 2008 SP2 to TIA. At 56% (create target project) the migration stops. It displays a message saying that the migration has encountered a problem and if I want to restart the appllication (without any other explanations). I also tryed to use the Migration tool (to create an am12 file) and the same problem occurs. Can anyone give me a solution? Thanks, George-Valentin Preda
