Did you already calibrate the scale with a calibration weight in the past? Isn‘t the BW500 running ok? Can you give me the firmware of your BW500, please. You can see the firmware in P900. But I don't have a calibration load to do load sensor balancing. Here is the firmware [snip] Jen_Moderator Bekzhan77 There is a new problem, 4 weight sensors are installed on the belt and only 2 weight sensors are displayed in parameter P940. The load cells connected to terminals 6/7 and 8/9 do not show. I guess, after a factory reset, you will also not see the load cells C and D! I recommend you not to do a factory reset, but check at first, if the BW500 is working correctly: Can you see a correct flow on the BW500? Did you already do three material test to compare the transported material with the totalizer of the BW500? If you still would like to do a factory reset: Before you do a factory reset, write down all important parameters P002 … P017, P367, P368 (and if you are using: also the parameters for the relays, alarms, external counter, …). You can do a factory reset with the parameter P999. Here, set the value „9“ to do the factory reset. After a factory reset, all parameter are reset to their factory settings! In parameter P002 you can select the E-Calibration (= Electronic calibration without a calibration weight). Best regards Siwarexi

Bekzhan77 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Why do you think that after resetting the settings, I will not see the load cells C and D? The BW500 works fine but sometimes it happens that it shows the weight incorrectly. I think it's because of the load cells that don't show. What can I do?

When you set the parameters P367 and P368 back to their settings before the factory reset, it’s not necessary to do a new calibration. Best regards Siwarexi

It makes no sense to talk about electronic calibration, if load cells C and D are missing. It could be a damaged load cell input, damaged load cells or a wrong wiring. Additionally, we cannot give you any recommendation about electronic calibration, if we don't know the application parameters like max. feed rate and speed. Please create a Support Request in SIOS. I will lock this Support Request and will send you a questionnaire about the application. I also need to know which belt scale (7MH...) is connected to the BW500. Best regards Marc Weschenmoser
