Minimum 2 version of TIA Portal

Hi guys

I'm curious if it's possible to install minimum two (maybe more)  versions of TIA Portal on one PC.

As a maintenence engineer I have to do today once with project in v12, and few days after in v13.

And the crucial question is - what hapens with licence for outgoing version if the new one is installed as update? Maybe it's different solution?

Hello,

this is always possible for STEP7 TIA and up to WinCC Advanched.

Here you can install up to tree Version on one System (V11,V12,V13).

Only WinCC Prefessional can't installed parallel to another WinCC Professional Version.

The licence is backward compatibility so that a V13 licence can used for V11, V12 and V13 SW Version.
