Missing GSD file

Hello,

I try to open an old *.ET2 file and I got the message that the file SIEM8198.GSG is missing.

I searched the web but even Google hasn't heard of this file not even with extention GSD.

Anyone can shed some light on this issue?

The only link I can find for siem8198.gs_ files is in this link from a Chinese site:

There seems to be a download link, as shown in the Google Translation for the site, but seems to require some kind of registration.

If anyone here can look at this page and navigate through it, possibly download the gs_ file, it would be helpful.

I found the missing file

it can be downloaded here

It is the GSD file for a cpu314c-2pn_v3.

Strange that searching for the name doesn't yield any results.
