Missing system authorizations in User Administrator

Problem is: Imake a new project in simatic manager with WinCC application. When i open this OS project in WinCC explorer and then open User Administration, therearentsystem authorizations number 8, No. 1000: remote activation, No. 1001: remote configuration and No. 1002: only monitoring. But when i make newos project just in WinCC explorer, there they are. In the attachment i am sending which authorizations are only seen. Is there any problem with Simatic manager and WinCC explorer? They are generated automatically by the system and cannot be created, modified, or deleted by the user. The system privileges can be assigned to a user just like any other authorization. " But PCS7 doesnt generate system authorizations. So what could be the problem? Thank you in advance. Best regards Janko

I have another WinCC project on the same PC, all authorizations are in there. Did anyone solved this problem?
