Hello Sir, The information shared by you very helpfull. I am facing a big problem related to MMC card and S7-300. My CPU is 315 2PN/DP and memory card used is 64KB (Siemens) Till now all thing were ok, but I downloaded new hardware configuration with Analog card diagnostic and Wire Brake fault enable, after that CUP has gone is fault, as Analog card was not connected, Nowall the LEDs on CPU are continously Flashing and TCP/IP communication is lost. When removed MMC card, CPU is working good(goes in RUN mode) alsocommunication is healthy. I tried to give memory reset to CPU and MMC card but no change in condition. Please suggest what to do next, its really very very urgent. Thanks Insearch Splitted from MMC card Formating. |

Dear Insearch, It is a small MMC for this CPU. You should have a MMC that has bigger memory than workmemory of CPU Perhaps that's a problem. Have a look at this link to determine the needed Load memory: how can you determine the size of the load memory and main memory of a SIMATIC S7-300/400 CPU?
