what is difference between MODBUS and MODBUS RTU library in TIAPORTAL

hope I'm not wrong but what I remember is that MODBUS (MB_COMM_LOAD,...) library is only for S7-1200, also for old version firmware. Also from my tests also v4.1 is working without problems. Library with instructions Modbus_Comm_Load,... is available for S7-1200 and S7-1500 (also ET200SP I think), but in my opinion not for v3.0 S7-1200 firmware only from v4. Look to also instruction versions value right from name of library.
