Modbus and Weekly timer

akrogh Advanced Member Joined: 3/7/2014 Last visit: 8/4/2023 Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Hi I try to figure out how to set the weekly timer via modbus, i have done the vm mapping, and i can change the on and off time, but i cant find out what modbus value i should send for eg. 23.48. i fond an example were eg. vb0 is hour and vb1 is minutes (send by LWE), but how do i send vb value with modbus? or is there a more simpel way to do it? Siemens took that over from the S5 days. That means hour value as hex number in one byte, minute value as hex number in one byte. You can then combine both bytes as a word and transfer them as a holding register. The days of the week are as individual bits in a byte. Bit x.0 = Sunday Bit x.1 = Monday Bit x.2 = Tuesday Bit x.3 = Wednesday Bit x.4 = Thursday Bit x.5 = Friday Bit x.6 = Saturday
