In this I try to write the values in resisters 1122-1169 but its Returning code 8383. please some one help me regarding this Issue.I attach my program also. This is something that the slave returns when the master tries to perform some action that is not valid for the slave. In you case, 8383 decodes as "Data address error or access outside the bounds of the MB_HOLD_REG address area". So in your case, your master has tried to access data that is outside the permitted address range that is configured in the slave device. Is the S7 master or slave? How many registers are you trying to write?
